- If you have a case number, please provide it when you call.
- If you have an account but no case number, please provide your e-mail address.
- If your tenant needs assistance, please have them contact us directly and we will make sure they receive the help they need.
If you are a tenant:
- If you have a question about your background report or need assistance completing the instructions you were emailed, please ask your landlord for the E-Renter® case number.
- If you wish to dispute information on your report, please send an email to Tenant Disputes with detailed information about the information you are disputing, including the E-Renter case number provided to the landlord.
