At E-Renter, we work hard to be available to our customers when they need us. If you do need any additional help, our friendly Customer Service staff is here to assist you.
If you are a landlord:
- If you have a case number, please provide it when you call.
- If you have an account but no case number, please provide your e-mail address.
- If your tenant needs assistance, please have them contact us directly and we will make sure they receive the help they need.
If you are a tenant:
- If you have a question about your background report or need assistance completing the instructions you were emailed, please ask your landlord for the E-Renter case number.
- If you wish to dispute information on your report, please send an email to disputes@e-renter.com with detailed information about the information you are disputing, including the E-Renter case number provided to the landlord.
