With an established E-Renter Commercial Account, the process is easy.
As soon as your E-Renter Commercial Account application is approved, you have access to your online account and can begin screening tenants immediately. The approval process usually takes 7 to 10 business days. The processing time depends on how complete your application is, and how quickly verifications of your information are returned to us.
An onsite inspection will be required. We will schedule the inspection as quickly as possible (often within 2 to 3 business days) so you can begin screening tenants. The cost for the inspection is $65.
Once your account is activated, you pay only for the reports you order. That's the E-Renter promise to you.
