For those who do not meet the requirements for a business commercial account E-Renter USA Ltd. has developed a patent pending process that will still allow you to check your prospective tenant’s credit and to ensure that your standards are met.

Individual Landlords

If you are an individual landlord and do not own a business, our patent pending process ensures your credit requirements are met based on the applicant’s credit report and your selection. Also included is our advanced Tenant Identity Verification to reduce fraudulent applications in your tenant screening process. We also offer other screening tools, such as, evictions, criminal records, social security number validation, OFAC/Patriot Search, Bankruptcies, Liens, Judgments and more.

There is no on-site inspection required. There are no membership fees, annual fees or hidden fees; you only pay for the reports that you order. There is nothing to fax if you sign up and are approved for our new paperless option.

Commercial Accounts

If you own your own business you may be eligible to open a commercial account with 24/7 access to our services including direct access to consumer credit files, business credit reports, criminal records, eviction records, drivers’ records, etc. Once your account is set up there is nothing to fax. We offer discount pricing to those who qualify. With our commercial account you can order and review reports in seconds. Make an informed decision and approve the applicant instantly. There are no monthly fees, no minimum billing, and no annual fees. You only pay for the reports you order.
